- Everyone knows the familiar symbol for recycle - 3 arrows. But the 3R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) is in reducing order of desirability. For example, recycling greeting cards may be a good practice, but recycling uses lots of water, chemicals and energy, produces secondary pollution like ink in the wastewater, etc.. Directly reusing greeting card is more desirable (see Envirocard). So you see Enviroman clothing himself with a single arrow to represent direct REUSE. Maybe that sinle arror is a better symbol to convey the message than the now wll known 3 arrows symbol. BTW you are free to use the graphic of Enviroman. A link back to us will be highly appreciated.

Explaination of the above 2 comments. Enviroman got the idea for this post from Blog of Daniel Sale. In the original post was a long message to Daniel Sale to post his url in the comments section as Enviroman got to his blog via a blog/traffic exchange and the url was not visible. The long message interfere with the visibility of the post World needs a new economic model which Enviroman feels is important and which Enviroman wants to draw attention to, so this acknoledgement is now transfered to the comments section instead.

Its called a Creatocracy and is designed in accordance to the mathamatical models given to us to emulate from nature. Once applied and understood there is little room to argue as to if it is the bleu print for a evolutionary stable society.
